This trust leads me to a unique approach that is not only satisfying for me and my clients, but has proven to benefit people at any stage of life and in any life situation.
Together, we reveal your inner capacity for happiness and contentment – creating a stable sense of well-being that is independent of outside forces (those experiences we cannot control).
Invincible Coaching Began as Personal Journey
I began Invincible Coaching over 9 years ago when I decided to challenge myself to bring greater growth and personal satisfaction into my own life. Personal experience is an essential requirement for every life coach, and allows me to offer these promises to you:
- I will bring honesty and authenticity to each conversation.
- I will bring integrity.
- I will bring insightfulness and open-mindedness.
- I will challenge you to go beyond what you think might be possible.
The Mind-Body Connection
Through daily discipline of yoga and meditation I find insight, strength and understanding of life challenges – and these I bring to my coaching practice. Many clients are not practitioners of yoga and meditation; but we are all students of life, and that is the important connection we share. How satisfying it is to experience the joy and satisfaction my clients achieve through our work together!
